Less than a block from Duval Street, you'll find yourself a very short distance from fine dining, famous bars, local entertainment, historical sites, and shopping. You're minutes away from the best sunset views of any island paradise, and access to any water activity you might want to enjoy. It's all here for you...footsteps away from the front door of our eleven room guesthouse. And, when it's time to take a break, and enjoy a short respite from the hustle and bustle of main street Duval, you won't have to walk far to find yourself back at L'Habitation.
Our Conch Republic is like no other island you've ever visited. We have our own way of doing things. The motto of Key West has always been that of "One Human Family", and here at L'Habitation we embrace that motto, welcoming everyone. However, we are only able to accommodate adults, age 21 and over (during Spring Break, minimum age is 25). We love children and we love animals, but again, we are a relatively small guest house and believe that it is our responsibility to ensure the best guest experience for ALL of our guests, therefore; we adhere to our policy of "21 and over" as a requirement to stay with us.
