Because we are a small property in the heart of Downtown Key West, we do not have parking available onsite (we really wish we did!). 

However, there are a number of nearby options to choose from:

1. Metered parking is available on the street in front of the guesthouse and also on streets in the immediate area. The pay meters are located in the middle of the block, and you can pay for up to 10 hours at a time. The cost is $5 hourly and is free between Midnight-8AM. 

2. Paid parking is also available in the Post Office parking lot at the corner of Whitehead and Eaton Streets. You may also find parking at the lot at 411 Caroline St (3-minute walk from the guesthouse). These lots range between $30-$40 for the day.

3. Free street parking can sometimes be found East of Simonton Street in the residential area of Key West (3 or 4 blocks away). Just be certain to park in a space that does not say "Resident Permit" on the pavement.

4. There is also a parking lot at 808 Southard St, Key West, FL 33040 (about a 10-minute walk from L'Habitation). This lot is $15 per day and is cash only.

Finding parking on our tiny island home can be challenging, especially during the busy season. Upon arrival to L'Habitation, guests may make use of the free 15-minute loading zone to check in and get their luggage inside. We are happy to then point you in the right direction to find a place to park.
Many of Key West's attractions are walkable, and alternate forms of transportation such as bicycles and the Duval Loop bus can make it easier to get around without driving.
